PROSAT® Quiltec® I Wipes are made using two layers of knitted polyester fabric that have been bonded together to form a stronger, more durable, abrasion and chemical resistant wipe with greater solvent holding and delivery capacity. Unlike cotton cloths, Contec’s Quiltec wipe is 100% polyester and does not absorb solution into the fibers, therefore delivering nearly all solution to the surface. The wipe features sealed edges resulting in the cleanest wipe possible with extremely low particle and fiber contamination for the most demanding applications. The large size makes PROSAT Quiltec an excellent choice for cleaning large surface areas. The use of presaturated wipes provides maximum process control, reduces VOC emissions and solvent use up to 35% compared to spraying.
